'Vitamina' is a comprehensive, action-based course suitable for adults and young adults.

Covering 5 CEFR levels in total (A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1), these manuals place a particular emphasis on the development of linguistic competences and communication. Packed with up-to-date articles throughout, 'Vitamina' studies a range of relevant topics from a fresh and interesting point of view. The texts and audio excerpts are authentic, and integrate the wide variety of accents and cultures encompassing the Spanish and Hispanic-speaking world.

The B2 student's book comprises 12 units in total, each of which include:

• An introductory page with a photo (and related questions), to draw attention to the topic/content to be covered in the unit.
• 3 sections centred around the topic presented in the unit (which explore the topics from different points of view).
• A final page with comprehension, expression and interaction activities based on written, oral and audiovisual texts, as well as varied DELE activities.
• After every 3 units, there is a section designed to help students revise and consolidate the content presented and to encourage them to assess their understanding of the topics covered.

Transcripts relating to the audio content can be found at the back of the book, together with pair activities, extra activities centred around grammar practice, and a glossary.
